This website has been produced to provide our friends with the briefest of insights into Ellingstring and its immediate surroundings, where we are so fortunate to live. I say the briefest of insights as to detail and illustrate all that is so very special would be impossible. Further, Ellingstring and its surroundings represents only a minuscule fraction of the vast North Yorkshire Dales within which it is located; every part being of stunning natural beauty

The final page contains links to other websites which will expand further on some of the locations covered here, as well as exploring deeper into the wondrous Yorkshire Dales; a substantial part of Britain that you never realised existed
